2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by IONOS in Germany. IONOS processes personal data as a processor for technical provision, security and error analysis. This may include an anonymised IP address, date and time of access, requested pages or files, referrer, browser type, operating system and device type.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. According to IONOS, access logs are retained for up to eight weeks. Data processing with IONOS must be covered by a data-processing agreement.
3. Contact form and email
The contact form is operated with Contact Form 7. When you make an enquiry, we process the information entered in the form, in particular your name, email address and message, in order to deal with your enquiry. The data are sent to the controller’s email inbox.
Depending on the nature of the enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Enquiries are normally deleted after 30 days unless a legal retention duty or a contractual relationship requires longer storage.
4. Audience measurement with Independent Analytics
This website uses Independent Analytics, a statistics plugin operated on the WordPress server itself. According to the provider, it sets no cookies and sends no tracking data to external analytics servers. Statistics data are stored in the WordPress database on the IONOS server.
Processing serves anonymised usage measurement and technical improvement of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. No consent is requested in the cookie settings for Independent Analytics because no analytics cookies are loaded in this configuration.
5. Calendar: Google Calendar and ICS Calendar
Public event dates are displayed using the WordPress ICS Calendar plugin. The plugin retrieves the public Google Calendar ICS feed server-side through the WordPress website and renders the resulting dates here. Google receives technical data from that server request, in particular the IP address of the IONOS server and technical request information; the visitor’s IP address is not sent to Google.
No Google Calendar element, Google script or Google cookie is loaded in the visitor’s browser. Processing serves the provision of announced concerts and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processing by Google outside the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out.
6. External media: Spotify
Spotify content is loaded only after you consent to external media in the cookie settings. Loading it may establish a connection with Spotify, which may process data and set its own cookies. The legal basis for loading it on this website is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw consent at any time with future effect through the cookie settings.

7. Cookie settings
The website stores your external-media choice locally in the browser so that Spotify is not loaded without your consent. This storage is used solely to manage that choice. You can change or withdraw it at any time through the “Cookies” link in the footer.
8. Recipients and international transfers
Recipients may include IONOS as the hosting processor and, after consent, Spotify. With Spotify, processing outside the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out. Information about safeguards used by Spotify is available in its privacy policy.
9. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw any consent at any time with future effect.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. For Berlin, this includes the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
